Mentoring a rising star in the Group IT team
As part of my CMO role for Haven Holidays, I was asked to mentor a rising star in the Group IT team. This team member had been with the business for a number of years and had high potential, combined with high performance in role.

A three year relationship resulted in significant personal growth of the individual and appointment onto the Group I&D Board.
​
Haven has 41 holiday parks across England, Scotland & Wales.
